Dear Prospective Families,

Thank you for your interest in Harbor Country Day School.

Harbor has had a successful start to the school year and has been able to reopen to all students, five days each week, while maintaining the health and wellness of our faculty, staff, and students.  Thanks to intensified building cleaning and disinfection, preventative hygiene measures, mask-wearing, physical distancing of 6 feet, and weekly surveillance testing using the SalivaDirect test provided by Stony Brook University, we are proud to report that our community has remained healthy and vigilant.

At Harbor, we believe in the idea of "embracing the extraordinary in every child."  This means working closely with individual students to foster creativity, deepen academic, artistic, and athletic skills, and promote individual talents & interests.  Now more than ever, Harbor believes that embracing the extraordinary also means embracing change in positive ways by supporting our students, parents, faculty, and community.

Wishing you our very best and looking forward to returning to school, being together with our students, and enjoying a return to campus life with all of its learning, songs, artistic expression, and joyful experiences.

Yours truly,

Christine McBrien
