Report an Absence
Harbor Country Day School is excited to offer an inclusive email system that families can now use to alert HCDS whenever a child is going to be absent from school. Simply write a brief email to attendance@hcdsny.org (or click the button below) that includes a name, description, and rationale for an absence and the message will automatically be relayed to our attendance group which includes Nancy Busa (School Nurse), Lynette Mutschler (Assistant to the Head of School), Nicole Fotis (Principal of Lower & Upper School), Krystina Gallo (Director of Early Childhood), and Andy Sperling (Head of School). Once received, the information will be recorded and passed along to your child’s teacher(s).
